ACCESS BANK VIOLATE WORKERS RIGHT, SACKS STAFF VIA TEXT.

 One of Nigeria's top financial institution s,Access bank,which acquired Erastus Akingbola led troubled Intercontinental bank displayed what can be regarded as workers right violation. The bank sacked staffers of Intercontinental bank some days ago,this was done through short message services(SMS).As revealed by a sacked worker who who did not disclose her identity sent Hype multimedia the unedited text message through which she was sacked. The message read thus "Dear All,following d restructuring in Access Bank,we regret 2inform u dt ur service is no longer required.Pls note dt ur letter will be sent 2u soon".  This is a real show of shame and a very disgusting way to treat workers.Should we now say Access Bank invent mobile dismissal method(MDM)?TERRIBLE!
