ASA SUES FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER OVER LESBIANISM

 So many untrue stories have been going round town about the award winning singer being taken to court by Federal Government on charges of lesbianism. There is no element of truth in this as no case involving both parties was listed court yesterday. The truth of the story is that the singer is the one suing the publisher of a soft sell magazine 'NEWS OF THE PEOPLE' Loye Hamzat for an article that alleged that Asa is a lesbian. The case between the two parties which was due for hearing yesterday, 24th of februrary 2012, got postponed due to Asa's absence which the singer's lawyer was attributed to as  a result  of  Asa being indisposed. The cas has since been adjourned until the 26th of April 2012.
