CocoIce set to drop 1st Video on July 1st

You’ve heard her dropping some of the dopest bars and illest rhymes, now here’s a icing on the cake as CocoIce aka Mojisola Serah Sowole picked Friday 1^st of July, 2012 to drop one of the most anticipated music video of the year, the video of the hit song, “If U Don’t Know”, a remake of the late DaGrin’s hit street anthem, “PonPonPon”.
The video for the song which was produced by the young and talented director Aina Mathew aka Matt Max who’s one dude with eyes for details is set to take the industry by storm. According to Matt, “I’ve taking the time out to come up with a beautiful concept for the video. Something totally different from what we anticipated people will be expecting. We are taking Naija music to the next level with this video which I strongly believe lovers of good music videos will surely love and appreciate”, he stated.
Taliking about the song “If U Don’t Know”, the sexy rapper explained, “I did a remake  of “Pon Pon Pon” as my own way of paying tribute to the late DaGrin who taught me so much and brought the best out in me, and also as a way of showing the people my versatility”.
CocoIce entered the Nigerian music scene with the Jo’Kaynie produced single, “Get Nutty” which featured May D who’s now signed to P-Square’s Square Records. “Get Nutty” enjoyed heavy rotations on various radio stations and was a club favourite amongst top DJs across the country.
After the release of the “If U Don’t Know” video, the song will be available for downloads on all major music sites.
