Come August 26th at Nigerian corner of the 2013 NotthingHill Carnival, Benin Republic singing sensation Lace will be bringing down the stage alongside top notable acts like Tipsy, Tillaman, Nicky Laoye, to be hosted by Gbenga Adeyinka and DJ Abass.
Lace recently dropped the video of his massive hit single “Gba Be” directed by reigning cinematographer Mattmax although without the presence of the YBNL frontman Olamide prompting rumours of an on-going beef between the two acts.
Having made relative commercial success with songs like “Sebiwo”, “Kuru Maaga’’ to mention a few. If his recent activities is anything to go by, it’s no doubt Lace is gradually making his way into the big league. Ace music video director, Clarence Peters directed Lace’s multi-million naira video for his first single “Feere” (Whistle) this year and his presence at major events and shows is an attestation to this fact.
Lace will also be dropping a slew of singles in a matter of weeks with collaboration from EME Raphead “Skales”.
